Shipping Policy

After we receive your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipments that require special handling may require additional processing time.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please see our shipping calculator at checkout for details. 

Local Delivery and Pickup

Foot Dynamics provides local pickup at our store in Boise, Idaho. Please choose the “Local Pickup” option on checkout to choose this as an option.

We do not provide local delivery by store staff.

International Shipping

We offer shipping to Canada at international shipping rates. Our “Free Shipping” rates do not apply to items shipped to Canada.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within eight (8) days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please Contact Us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. boxes. Please realize that large orders or orders via UPS and FedEx require a physical “ship to” address. Please realize that we may need to stop your order and confirm a physical shipping address if a P.O. Box is provided on some orders. 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We do not accept returns for most products on our website. For in-store purchases, please ask our associates about our in-store return policy.
