If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from FootDynamics.com, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the item(s). When adjustments or modifications are made to custom orthotics and footbeds, they make be returned within 30 days after the modifications are made for refund.
Customer is responsible for shipping cost of returned item(s).
You can choose to send your items by U.S. Postal Service or trackable UPS shipping. The shoes, footwear, accessories must be unworn and must be returned with all the original packaging in order to receive your refund. The return of incorrect or defective merchandise that meets the guidelines listed below will also be accepted.
Custom orthotics and footbeds may be worn, trimmed and show signs of wear.
Unworn Merchandise: Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags, and is in the original packaging (if any). Returns will be returned to you if the merchandise exhibits any obvious signs of wear or are not in the condition in which they were received. All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.
Defective Merchandise: Returns for manufacturer defects will be accepted. All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.
Incorrect Merchandise: Contact us via e-mail or phone if you received an item different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered.
